KO-MAR owns (2) two Avid Nitris DX Media Composer HD systems, in addition to a fully loaded Avid Symphony and a portable Avid Media Composer SD with Mojo. Our Express 3D rounds out of editing complement.

Our editing diversity enables us to handle most formats including HDCAM, XDHD, HDV, Digital Betacam, Betacam SP and DVD.

Our award-winning editing staff is fluent with the operations of all systems and their talents include a thorough understanding of Photoshop and After Effects.

When you edit films, television programs, corporate marketing videos or commercials for a living your editing systems become an extension of yourself. Nitris DX HD native integration of P2, HDCAM, XDCAM HD and HDV formats lets you focus on editing, not getting data I/O of the system. Need to go to DVD, Blu-Ray or the web? Sorensen squeeze and Avid DVD by Sonic are included for multi-format output.

Avid Symphony remains a programming workhorse and finishing box for all broadcast standard def projects. Symphony offers a wide range of features including:

• multi-format 24p and 25p editing and multiversion mastering capabilities

Avid Media Composer SD (laptop) portable offers field editing capability using the same Media Composer software found in our Nitris DX systems. Packaged with Avid Mojo we're able to supply quick and high-quality field editing in any standard def format or HDV.

"Scenarist" DVD Authoring and Duplicating

After your project has been completed in one of our editing suites we can encode it directly for DVD playback on your DVD player or computer. We can also add cool buttons, audio files, motion buttons and backgrounds and PDF files to enhance the presentation of your project. The sky's the limit with KO-MAR's state-of-the-art DVD production center.
